Business ethicsThe WLA conducted a survey of member lotteries a few years ago, to better understand their approach to CSR as they broaden how they assess the impact they have on their employees and greater communities beyond responsible gaming.
The aim was to enable the WLA to assist its members by developing a more holistic approach to CSR. Around 30 percent responded.
A follow-up survey will be conducted to benchmark the CSR evolution. Nonetheless, the results of the initial survey provide useful insights. Below are the key findings of the survey respondents.

A significant number of WLA member lotteries have mature CSR programs that go beyond RG.
