Advancing through the certification levels
Beyond the numbers, this also showed tangible progress. Several lotteries successfully moved up a certification level, demonstrating how sustained effort, internal alignment, and the right tools can translate into measurable impact over time. These advancements are a strong signal that maturity in responsible and sustainable practices is accelerating across the sector.
Celebrating progress and recognizing achievements
Several lotteries have already taken the step of publicly sharing their certification results and progress on LinkedIn. These posts highlight individual achievements, as well as the growing culture of transparency, learning, and continuous improvement across the sector.
We’ve gathered some of the posts below and encourage our global community to take a moment to read about the teams behind this work. Recognition matters, and peer encouragement plays a real role in sustaining momentum and ambition.

We also congratulate our European colleagues for achieving the certification through the EL Responsible gaming certification equivalence at the Loterie Nationale Loterij (Belgium)
By amplifying these achievements, we help reinforce positive leadership, normalise progress sharing, and demonstrate how certification can be a living, evolving journey rather than a one-off milestone.
