Illinois Lottery issues RFP for Digital Draw System

The Illinois Department of the Lottery has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Digital Draw System.

The RFP solicits qualified offerors for the design, development, delivery, and ongoing support of a secure and certified Digital Draw system.

Currently the Lottery produces and disperses 4 digital based draw games with various game play styles (how many numbers are picked out of a set pool size), payouts and prize structures, game mechanics (various ways to play the games), and video productions.  

Purpose of RFP

The purpose of this RFP is to procure a robust, tamperproof Digital Draw System solution with full Internal draw production capabilities. The desired solution would automate all processes, have automated auditing, and offer various delivery methods. The system sought would be risk adverse in physical design, offering layers of redundancy, automation, and geographically dispersed.

The offeror sought would design, build, and customize any additional new games upon request throughout the contract period, ensuring the ability to integrate the solution into other systems necessary.
