Key points to note about the RG certification platform

  • The application should be submitted through digitalRG.com. Go to www.digitalrg.com and select the level you’d like to submit in order to set up an account, or book a live demo here: https://calendly.com/silverfish/wla-demo
  • The application for level 2 to 4 certification can be submitted in your original language or in English. The supporting documents do not have to be translated and can be submitted in their original language.
  • Your application must include adequate information in the “detail your answer” section of each question and for each program element, to allow the Independent Assessment Panel (IAP) to conduct a well-informed evaluation (e.g. copies of relevant policy documents, RG marketing or training materials, links to relevant websites etc.)
  • You can upload these documents by clicking on “upload evidence”.
  • A level 4 application is expected to provide robust evidence of program evaluation and focus on the planning of future improvement opportunities.
  • For level 2 and 3, when ready, simply click on “Submit the Assessment” button.
  • A level 4 application must be accompanied by a report from an external independent assessor. (See Appendix B).
  • For level 4, you can either send your document to an auditor or your auditor can complete the review directly on digitalrg.com. Your auditor can request access by contacting hello@digitalrg.com.
  • The applicant is free to choose the level of assurance it seeks from its external independent assessor. However, at a minimum, the assessment should be carried out in line with the level of assurance ‘agreed upon procedures’.
  • Additionally, members can use their Internal Audit function in the level 4 assurance process. An internal audit of your RG program and related application can reduce the scope of work that will then be required of an external assessor and reduce costs. Your Internal Audit function can advise you of this process. (In such a case, the external assessor would validate the internal audit work.)
