The WLA Responsible Gaming Independent Assessment Panel

The Corporate Social Responsibility Committee (CSRC) developed the WLA Responsible Gaming Framework (RGF), which was adopted by the membership in 2006.

Currently chaired by Sarah Taylor, Executive Director of the Hoosier Lottery, the CSRC Expert Working Group plays a vital role in assisting both the WLA Corporate Responsibility Committee and the Independent Assessment Panel (IAP) with the evolution and maintenance of the WLA RG program.

This includes managing the continuous development of the WLA RGF, and overseeing member accreditation to the RGF in accordance with the IAP of CSR experts comprising:

• Jeffrey L. Derevensky, Ph.D., is Professor Emeritus at McGill University, Canada
• Anne Pattberg, Founder PB Consulting GmbH, Germany
• Dame Dianne Thompson, Non-Executive Chairman of Sanderson Design Group Ltd and a non-executive Director of Next plc and Pagefield Communications, UK.
