CSR & Responsible Gaming
The Corporate Social Responsibility Committee (CSRC) was created in 2003 in response to a call from the General Assembly in Granada for the development of a social responsibility policy.
The WLA Responsible Gaming Framework (RFG) was established by this committee and adopted by the membership in Singapore in 2006. The CSRC manages the continuous development of the WLA RFG. It also oversees member accreditation to the RFG in accord with an Independent Assessment Panel (IAP) of CSR experts.
